Claiming of Report Cards

HOW TO REQUEST FOR A DIGITAL COPY OF THE STUDENT’S REPORT CARD?

 

Notes to the Parents/Legal Guardians:

Please check the clearance status of your child/children first before requesting for a digital copy of student’s report card. If the student is not yet cleared, the Report Card cannot be accessed yet.

PROCEDURE

Steps What To Do

Send an email to your respective department below:

Subject Line: REPORT CARD REQUEST FOR <type name of student>

Provide the following details:
– Complete Name of Student
– Grade level and Section
– Name and contact number of the parent

ATTACH the following in your email:
A. Scanned/clear photo of parent’s/legal guardian’s government issued ID (required)
B. Scanned/clear photo of child’s school ID (if available)

The authorized school personnel, after verifying that all requirements are duly submitted, shall send a digital copy of the student’s Report Card via email.

Note: If the student is not yet cleared, the Report Card may not be sent.
You will be provided instructions by the assigned school personnel in the different departments on how to accomplish student’s clearance.

Note: Releasing of Report Card is from June 8, 2020.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO CLAIM THE HARD COPY OF THE REPORT CARD

For those parent/legal guardians who wish to claim the hard copy of the Report Card, it will be released from June 8-10, 2020. Please be guided of the assigned schedule for every department:

Preschool – June 8, 2020 (AM)
Primary (Grades 1-3) – June 8, 2020 (PM)
Intermediate (Grades 4-6) – June 9, 2020 (AM)
Junior High School – June 9, 2020 (PM)
Senior High School – June 10, 2020 (AM)

 

Furthermore, entry inside the school campus is limited to five (5) persons only. Please be patient as we embrace the new normal.

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT YET CLEARED

 

HOW TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR CLEARANCE?

 

PROCEDURE

Steps What To Do

1.1 Send an inquiry on the status of your clearance to the mobile number
of your department as written below:

Preschool & Primary Department – 0922 702 9731
Intermediate Department – 0922 702 9735
Junior High School Department – 0922 702 9748
Senior High School Department – 0907 017 1950

1.2 Should the lacking requirement be academic-related, the details will
be sent to you via text message by your Department Head, or any
other authorized personnel of our school.

1.3 If the requirement/s is/are for the school’s file or documentation,
and/or financial obligation, the details will likewise be sent to you via
text message.

Follow the instructions written on Step 1, and
comply with all the requirement/s.

Online submission of documentary requirement/s is encouraged.
3 A confirmation text message shall be sent to you bearing the information that the student is already “CLEARED”.

 You may request for an original, or digital copy of the student’s Report Card.
Attach a copy of the CLEARANCE Confirmation document.
